Vodafone 3G services are worthless. All commitments are fake.


Vodafone 3G services are worst. I have a very bad experience with Vodafone 3G. All the commitments which is make by Vodafone company executives & agency who sell me the Broadband stick are failure.. and after this no one going to punch the complaint regarding this issue.. I just want to aware the innocent customers to kindly do not believe without any written commitment by vodafone care or senior authorities..

i will show all of you my all communication below with vodafone just for the proof..

Dear Sir / Mam...

This is to inform you that my name is Vijay Shukla & i have two Vodafone numbers 9711121611(Prepaid) & 9711131277 (Postpaid).
the problem is that i getting the marketing calls regarding 3G Stick from Fast Track P. Ltd. from past few days. they offer me some interesting plans of 3G stick. i like the plan & purchase a 3G enabled vodafone stick (Model No.K3570) from your agency Name Fast Track whose office is in Naraina & Okhla. & the Executive's who sell me the product are Mr. Noor (09540335181) & Miss. Bhawana.

The Plan details are as below which is Commited by Above Sales Persons & Confirmed by customer care executives before purchasing the 3G USB Dongle.

USB Stick Cost: 1500 (paid by cash on 22nd march 2011)
Monthely Rental: 500 + Service Tax
Speed Offered: 3.6mbps (when in 3G Network) & if Not in 3G Network speed dependent on as per Network.
data Volume: Unlimited

on 22nd of march the executive name Jitendra came to my home and collect all the required documents (Pan Card, Voter ID Card & Bank Statement) & 1500 cash & give me a vodafone 3G stick & a sim card (Sim no : 82000300514, Data card no. : 9873284117 ).

after that i got a verification call regarding this data card & a person visit at my residence address E-4, Raj Residency, Kaushambi Ghaziabad Near Anand Vihar & after all this my data card will be activated on 27th of March.

now the problem is start. when i want to use my data card i just plugged the data card to my laptop & install the dialer & trying to connect. as i know the 3G Network is not available in East delhi rite now i connect to vodafone EDGE mobile network after a long process. and till then i m surprised to the speed which i m getting. cant you believe. The download speed is average 2kbps. the signels are very poor. i think my be some signals problem occured in the home. i just put my laptop & standing in my balcony & trying to get better speed. but the problem remains same as below.

1. Connection lost many lime.
2. signals strength are very Poor.
3. average download speed only 2kbps : Max 8kbps.
4. google home page open in 45 to 60 seconds.
5. minutes movie clip taking more than 45 minutes to download.

Now second day i call to customer care on 116 & 111 & talk to executives regarding this problem. & till today i just trying to rectify my this problem to call 116 customer care executives. technical teams the agency who sell me the product & many more.

i m trying to rectify my this from your end & talked to the below persons several times from 27th march to till today.

1. Mr. Noor (fast track agency employee)
2. Miss. Bhawna (fast track agency employee)
3. manager of fast track agency
4. Number of customer care executives available on 111.
5.Number of customer care executives available on 116.
6. Mr. Manish (Technical team)
7. Mr. satyendra, Miss Neha, etc (customer care executives)


i talked to lot of CCE but no one register my complaint and not gave me any kind of complaint number & if i asked for my complaint number to Mr. Satyendra (customer care executive) whom i talked on today 1st of april (on 10:26 am, 10: 13 am) (kindly check the recordings for the proof if you guys recorded), he just put my call on hold for registering the complaint but i hold the phone for 1 hour & 10 minutes & No responce from that end then i disconnect the phone. also try to talk Miss. sushma Khanna, Nodal Officer, Vivek Gangwar, Appelet Authority & the Corporate office, Mumbai on those number who is available on website but unfortunately i don't get the responce from their end too)

But the Problem remain same.

Now only one thing i want to say on this situation what i suppose to do, should i think that my money is wasted & sit silently & expect any type of solution from your end.

i m attaching the mail JPEG previews which i received from the fast track agency regarding this problem.

Kindly consider my problem & sort out this ASAP.
one more thing i am requesting you to please don't send me any kind of bill on this data card before rectifying this issue. & if you are unable to rectify the problem kindly take your stick back & let me free to move to some other service provider who is available in the market.

i shall be very thankful to you.
